Decided to start work on the ‘Polly’s Shoes’ painting that I’ll aim to submit to the John Moores competition. Not sure is this version will be the one that gets submitted, but it has started well.
There is a very interesting family story (if sad) behind this painting that I will expand upon in later posts. (I’ll be back working in the Cathedrals next week).
