Worked on the ‘London 12’ painting ideas this morning with around 6 larger thumbnail sketches completed, went well and I’ve added ‘January’ below, this will show Piccadilly Circus with shoppers and tourists milling around, the idea will be to emphasis the colour of the shopping bags, with in this case more yellow than any other colour, more to follow….
The afternoon was spent on the ‘Belfast Ferry’ landscape with the last bit of work being the work on the waves, will let 24 hours pass before reviewing how it went. This version also attached below.
Tomorrow morning, weather permitting, will be outside on the Wirral working on three small canvases.
